60 in. Steel Workbench with Pegboard, LED Light and Power Strip, Black and Gray

This is a complete garage repair station in one box: a 60 x 24 in. work surface, a pegboard wall for your tools, light and power. The top is a 1 in. thick light gray laminate panel that resists oil and wipes clean. Above it, a black steel pegboard back panel holds hand tools on the 10 included pegboard hooks, and an LED light bar under its top edge lights the whole work surface. A built-in power strip with four outlets and its own switch sits on the pegboard, so chargers, a soldering iron or a work lamp plug in right where you work, on a 6 ft cord. Two drawers under the top and a full-width lower shelf keep the rest of the kit close, all on a black powder-coated steel frame with leveling feet.

Care

Wipe the laminate top with a damp cloth and mild soap; it resists oil and most household cleaners. Wipe the steel frame and pegboard with a damp cloth. Unplug the power strip before you clean near it, keep liquids away from the outlets and the LED light bar, and do not cover the power strip with rags or tools.

Installation and safety

Place the workbench on a flat, level floor and adjust the feet so it does not rock. Spread heavy loads across the whole top, clamp work pieces securely before you saw, drill or plane, and keep children away from tools. The power strip and LED light are for indoor use only; plug the cord into a grounded wall outlet and do not chain it to another power strip. Assembly needs two adults and basic hand tools.
