Shipping is free on every order to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., with no minimum order value and no surcharge for large or heavy items.

Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (ET). Orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET), Monday to Friday, begin processing the same day. Processing takes 1 - 2 days (Monday to Friday) and transit 2 - 5 days (Monday to Friday), so you receive your order within 3 - 7 days (Monday to Friday).

We ship with UPS or FedEx. Most workbenches, the cabinet, the bin rack and the slatwall kit ship in two boxes, each with its own tracking number, and the boxes can arrive on different days. You receive the tracking numbers by e-mail when your order ships.

No. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. only - not to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes or other countries.

You can return any item within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. We e-mail you a free prepaid return label, and there is no restocking fee.

E-mail us at contact@dovrent.shop or use our contact form with your order number. Within 24 hours we send a free prepaid return label; drop the boxes off with UPS or FedEx, or we schedule a free pickup for heavy or long boxes.

We refund your original payment method within 5 days (Monday to Friday) of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take a further 3 - 5 days (Monday to Friday) to post the credit.

Yes. Tell us which item you would like instead; exchanges are free, including shipping both ways, and any price difference is refunded or charged to your original payment method.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Yes. Our checkout uses an encrypted HTTPS connection and payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. We never see or store your full card number.

No. Shipping is free on every order, so no shipping charge is added at checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Yes, free of charge at any time before it ships - e-mail contact@dovrent.shop with your order number. After shipping you can return the order under our 90-day return policy.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We send a replacement or a full refund, and the return is free.

Not on drywall alone. Fix them into wall studs or into masonry with the included screws and anchors (or fasteners suited to your wall). Use a stud finder and a level, and keep heavy items low and close to the wall.

Yes. Both come with an anti-tip wall strap and leveling feet. Fix the strap before you load them, load the lower shelves first and keep heavy items low.

The wall rail takes about 30 minutes, the utility cart about 20 minutes and the mobile workbench about 45 minutes. The cabinet, bin rack, folding bench and slatwall kit take about 1 - 2 hours, and the adjustable, beech and pegboard workbenches about 1 - 1.5 hours with two adults. Illustrated instructions and the hardware are in the box.

The 60 in. maple workbench adjusts from 28 to 42 inches with a hand crank. On the folding workbench you choose the height when you mount it (usually 34 - 36 inches). The other workbenches have a fixed working height and leveling feet.

The power strip and LED light bar are for indoor use only, such as an enclosed garage or basement. Plug the 6 ft cord into a grounded wall outlet, do not chain it to another power strip and keep liquids away from the outlets.

Wipe the maple or beech top with a dry or slightly damp cloth and re-oil it once or twice a year with a butcher-block or workbench oil. Do not leave standing water, solvents or glue on the wood.
